Since we received the machine we’ve had problems with it. The after sales help is minimum. They charge you for the non working of parts that are not the fault of the buyer. The communication if you’re American like me is very hard to understand. We have a machine that we don’t know how to use and that keeps malfunctioning. I want to get a refund or have them help me get it going as advertised. Extremely unsatisfied. I’ve ordered a lot on here and never wrote an unsatisfactory review.
